Nebraska Communities Playhouse is holding auditions for Jekyll & Hyde, a gripping musical thriller exploring the battle between light and darkness.

AUDITION DATES

Friday, August 7
6:00 PM, 7:00 PM, and 8:00 PM slots

Saturday, August 8
1:00 PM, 2:00 PM, and 3:00 PM slots

Callbacks will be held Sunday, August 9, from 2:00–6:00 PM. Callbacks are by invitation.

Auditions are open to performers ages 16 and up. Please reserve an individual audition slot before attending.

HOW TO PREPARE

Prepare approximately one minute of a song in the style of the show. An accompanist will be provided, so please bring clearly marked sheet music.

Auditions will also include a movement portion. Wear clothing and shoes that allow you to move comfortably.

VIDEO AUDITIONS

Those unable to attend in person may submit a video audition by Friday, August 7, at 8:00 PM. Instructions are available on the audition webpage.

REHEARSALS AND PERFORMANCES

Rehearsals begin August 31 and are generally held on weeknights from 6:30–10:00 PM.

Performances are October 16–18 and October 23–25, 2026.
