✨ Join us for Breathe at Bennett: Release + Radiate, a guided breathwork and journaling session designed to calm your nervous system, clear emotional stress, and reconnect you with your body and heart.

We’ll gather for breathwork, guided journaling, and iced refreshments in the beautiful park setting — a perfect blend of grounding and glow. You’ll leave feeling soft, steady, and reconnected to your inner light.

Please bring:
Yoga mat, blanket/pillow, journal + pen, water bottle, and comfy clothes.
