Create sacred space for exploring your relationship with your younger self in this four-part series
Tuesdays; April 7, 14, 21 and 28; 5:30–8 p.m.
Step away from the noise of daily life and enter a sacred space designed for deep reflection and soul renewal. Dear Younger Me is a transformative retreat that invites you to embark on an intimate journey of self-discovery, healing and connection with God’s boundless love.
This is a four-part series in April (April 7, 14, 21 and 28) with Cindy Dunn at Prairiewoods (120 East Boyson Road in Hiawatha). We will be guided through a life review, meaningful practices, personal reflection and group sharing, gently uncovering the stories that have shaped each of us. We will confront the areas of our heart that long for self-forgiveness—releasing shame, regret, and the burdens we were never meant to carry, and celebrating the joys we also find along the way. In moments of quiet reflection, we will write heartfelt letters to our “dear younger me,” offering the wisdom, compassion and grace we have gained along the way. This is not just about looking back; it’s about embracing the present with courage and hope. We’ll encounter the transformative beauty of God’s grace and mercy, discovering that love has been woven into every chapter of our story. We are invited to come as we are. We will leave renewed, with a heart softened by love, a spirit anchored in grace and a deeper understanding of our worth in the light of God’s unending mercy. This is our sacred pause—a time to breathe, reflect and return home to our hearts.
The cost of this four-part series is $100 and includes dinner.
