🎃 Children’s Costume Contest 12:00pm registration judging starts at 1pm
🎃 Activities, Shopping, food, vendors & more around the square
🎃 Afternoon parade registration and line up will begin at 1:00 at the corner of Utah and 6th St. Judging begins at 1:30 and the parade starts at 3:00 pm.
🎃 Sidewalk chalk competition around the courthouse square. 3:30pm-4:30pm Sponsored by GN Bank
🎃 Next Generation Financial Advisors (Thrivant) Open House Food & Drinks 6:00pm-7:00pm
🎃 Evening parade registration and line up will begin at 4:00 pm. Enter from Iowa St. and turn onto Morrill Ave. There will be someone there to give you your number. Proceed to the high school parking lot. Judging begins at 5:00 pm. If you don’t want to be judged, please arrive between 5:30 and 6:00 pm.
🚨‼️All cars need to be off of Oregon Street by 5:00 pm on Saturday, October 31, 2026 for the parade.
🚨‼️You may NOT park behind the barricades they need to be clear for emergency vehicles.

🎃 Queen Crowning 6:00 pm at the Grandstand on Oregon Street in front of the courthouse
🎃 112th Annual Grand Halloween Parade 7:00pm
(113th Parade started in 1914 by Elizabeth Krebs, the Mother of Modern Halloween)
