Led by Carmen Champion, E-RYT 500 (Owner & Director of Main Street Yoga), this refreshing outdoor class will leave you feeling grounded, energized, and in tune with your body. Carmen’s style blends anatomical awareness with mindful movement — perfect for all experience levels!
