Cancellations made within 48 hours of the session are non-refundable, as materials and your place have already been prepared. If your place can be filled from a waiting list, a refund or transfer may be offered.
If Creative Connections cancels a session for any reason, participants will receive a full refund or the option to transfer their booking to a future session.
