*Please arrive between 4:15 and 4:20pm to get settled before we start* 
we will finish for 6pm

What to expect:
You’ll be lying down for this session
Wear something comfy and warm 
We will start with a guided meditation and breathing to help you relax and then you will be enveloped in the beautiful sounds of my Crystal bowls while you rest ?

What to bring:
• Yourself 
• Yoga mat if you have one or something more comfortable to lie on (it’s 90 minutes).  
• Pillows or cushions (for under your head and it may be nice to have under your knees too)
• Blanket / cover to keep you warm 
• Eye mask / something to cover your eyes
• Water
