You can attend one, two or all three workshops for deeper results:

17 May 7 - 9 PM
31 May 2 - 4 PM

This experience will be guided by Wendy Cadelago, a professional Shamanic Breathwork® facilitator. Wendy is here to offer a safe and fully supportive space for you.

What to Expect

Arrival & Set-Up

 * Welcome and smudging ritual

 * Yoga mats and blankets ready for comfort

The Breathwork Journey

 * Guided Shamanic Breathwork

 * Hour-long with curated music and live instruments

 * Allow emotions and subconscious insights to surface

Integration & Closing

 * Reflective exercises to draw meaning from your experience

 * Closing circle to anchor your body and mind

 * Light snacks and tea to ground


Health Contraindications

Please first consult with your healthcare practitioner prior to booking in if you are pregnant, have severe cardiovascular conditions, epilepsy, active psychosis, unmanaged mental health diagnoses such as bipolar, recent major surgery, uncontrolled asthma, glaucoma or detached retina.

Breathwork is not a substitute for medical, psychological, or psychiatric treatment. No medical advice or treatment will be provided.

Other considerations

Spaces have intentionally been limited to ensure an intimate and supportive environment.

No prior experience is needed. Come as you are and wear loose-fitting clothing that you can comfortably breathe in.

An email will be sent after you register, a few days prior to the event, with information on what to bring and how to prepare for the experience.
