Newcastle Round 2 Tournament

Its time For Round 2 .
set the goal to be better then the last round, stronger stances in kata , more flow in kumite.
missed Round 1 , no problem sign up now for this round :)

Round 2 will be a Round Robin Kata and Kumite for orange and above
White belts and Yellow belt will be doing there Combos and Sumo Bag pushing.
