A small closed circle of Women will be meeting bi weekly Monday’s at my cosy home in Hexham, with a fire. 7-9pm from Monday January 5th. More dates at the end, my intention is to keep this rolling, for those who wish to be in a continued circle and there is no obligation to join for more than 5 sessions of course 🙏
In Shakti, we descend into our bodies, using our breath & slow conscious movement. We offer what ever sensations we find there, our deep unwavering loving presence (Shiva witnessing) We aren’t trying to fix or and we aren’t resisting the sensations away, instead we allowing them & we TAKE UP SPACE, letting what wants to move, move, whether that’s through tears, words, shaking.. our bodies will show us what wants to be expressed & released. The feeling afterwards is so powerful & expansive ❤️
There will be guided meditations & shamanic journeys, eye gazing (once the trust has been built up) and lots of opportunity to be in council and be witnessed from your heart. My hope is that you’ll be fuelled to become more aligned with your own needs and my knowing is this practice connects us so beautifully to our bodies & our self trust.
The cost for 5 two hour in person sessions is £90, I have kept the cost low, in the understanding that it may be inevitable that you have to miss a session due to unforeseen circumstances, and a commitment to make as many as you can, is what supports the growing trust & integrity of the Circle ⭕️
