Join us for our first ALL WELCOME, FREE TO ATTEND wellbeing walks. This month we head to Northumberland to walk alongside Hadrian's Wall and pass by the infamous site of Sycamore Gap.

Good company, good conversation and a supportive environment. We walk and talk as a group. Nobody gets left behind.

There are only two rules:
1. We stick together
It’s about the group and there are no prizes for being first back to the car.

2. No judgement
It’s a safe space to discuss whatever’s on your mind. But only if you want to.
