Reduce anxiety, reprogramme your nervous system, increase mental clarity and become more present while held in a safe space.In the 1 hour workshop, you will begin by setting your intention for the session and discuss the limitations and safe practices. You will have the opportunity to experience and work with Heart Coherence Breathing and Conscious Connected Breathwork Techniques. You will experience a custom created Soundscape, designed to take you on a personal journey with deep dive guided meditation while experiencing healing and energising breath.A confidential, safe sharing space for reintegration and those who wish to share afterwards.NOTE - Please be aware that these practices are powerful and can bring emotions to the surface and cause transformation. Whilst I will try to create a safe and loving container for this journey, it's also vital to check in if it's right for you at this time and commit to looking after yourself during the workshop and the days following when release and rebalance may continue.
