The Gurkha Centre is delighted to host a special celebration of Bada Dashain — the biggest and most cherished festival in Nepal, celebrated by Nepalese communities worldwide.

Dashain symbolises victory of good over evil, renewal of family bonds, and the sharing of blessings among loved ones. For many in our community, it is a deeply emotional time — a reminder of home, traditions, and loved ones in Nepal.
This year, we will bring the spirit of home to Hayes with a unique evening featuring:
- Freshly prepared festive Dashain Bhoj – authentic Nepali dishes made with love
- Cultural performances and live music celebrating our rich heritage
- Raffle draw and fun entertainment for families and friends
- Recognition and facilitation of achievements within our community
