Starting off the evening is local duo Half Pipe; well known on the local session scene, Jack and Callum mix bagpipes and guitar for a set of reels and jigs played at breakneck speed and yet with no lack of finesse! Headlining is 4-piece clarinet supergroup, The Tradinettes. With four prominent clarinettists on the UK folk scene, the band puts the clarinet front and centre in their unique arrangements of traditional folk tunes.Nestled along the tranquil Isis River is Oxford's hidden gem, The Isis River Farmhouse. The riverside pub is Oxford's cherished independent haven, blending historical charm, delectable cuisine, and soul-stirring music; with an inviting ambiance, the welcoming glow of open fires during the winter months, a selection of locally crafted beers and ales, and unspoiled views.About The Tradinettes:The Tradinettes bring the rich, expressive voice of the clarinet to the folk tradition.
