Drums Alive is a FREE high-energy, evidence-based fitness program that combines traditional aerobic movements with the rhythmic, powerful beats of drumming on large exercise balls. Designed for all ages and abilities, it improves physical, mental, and social wellness by enhancing sensory-motor skills, boosting brain activity, reducing stress, and fostering cardiovascular health.
