660 Great Northern Hwy, Herne Hill - please park at the back. 

In this demonstration class you'll;

Receive our GF Vanilla Slice recipe
Our tips and tricks on working with store bought GF puff pastry and how to make it work for you! 
Watch Stacey make a slab from beginning to end, including how to handle & cut it like a pro! 
Understand what the gluten protein is doing in baking and how we work around it
Have your gluten free baking questions answered in real time, including all things flours. 
This is a beginner friendly class so if you're new to baking come along and learn some basics! 
We DO NOT cover how to make your own puff pastry, this is about making GF baking accessible for everyone. 
Enjoy a glass of bubbles and an entirely GF grazing platter whilst we chat all things gluten free baking right in the kitchen of Champagne & Gumboots. 

As this class is held inside a commercial kitchen (after hours) please be aware the following rules do apply;
- Closed shoes must be worn and hair must be tied up. Failure to present in this way may mean you are turned away from the class. 
- NO gluten or outside food is welcome inside our premises.
