In partnership between Moving Memory Dance Theatre and People United, we bring Moving Stories - a series of free, creative workshops designed for older people. Come and share stories, move your body and make things!

Led by our experienced teams, the sessions combine movement with storytelling and creative making, and most importantly, they're about having fun.

Wear comfy clothes you can move in, bare feet or trainers, and bring a bottle of water.

The workshops are open, inclusive and adaptable, welcoming people of all abilities. They are particularly supportive of:
- Older people aged 55+
- People with long-term health conditions or disabilities
- People experiencing social isolation
