To begin, Madhavi Rao will open our afternoon with a crystal singing bowl sound bath, allowing the gentle vibrations to wash over you, easing stress and creating space for calm. She will then guide you into the deeply restorative practice of yoga nidra—a meditative journey that invites your body, mind, and spirit to soften, reset, and renew.
To close, Nisha Sidhu will lead us in a mindful tasting of Valrhona’s couverture chocolates.
