practices and gentle mindset shifts that invite stillness into your daily life. Together, we will
explore how to pause, breathe, and reclaim calm, even when the external world feels
unpredictable.
The workshop concludes with a nourishing Yoga Nidra session led by Madhavi Rao, designed
to quiet the nervous system and restore balance from the inside out.
