- **Event Description**: The YOU ARE ENOUGH 5K RUN/WALK is en event where people come together to help themselves and others feel worthy, seen, and supported.About this EventThe YOU ARE ENOUGH 5K is a mental wellness event that invites individuals to come together to remind us that we are all worthy and not alone when we do not feel enough. The event takes place on the beautiful Hermosa Beach/Manhattan Beach Strand and is about 3.4 miles, a little over a 5K distance. Participants will start at the Hermosa Beach Pier and make their way to the Manhattan Beach Pier before ending their journey back at the Hermosa Beach Pier.The energy at the event is supportive, fun, and one that gives participants a sense of belonging and hope. We will have a live DJ and MC keeping the vibe positive along with local wellness vendors who will provide food, beverages, and mental wellness resources.We always have cool swag bags and will have bag pick-up prior to the event and during event registration at a site TBD. We recommend pre event bag pickup and registration but also welcome folks to sign up on the day of the event. Parking throughout the beautiful beach town is ample and there are plenty of fun places to eat at after you cross the finish line!HOW YOU ARE HELPING OUR CAUSEBy participating in the YOU ARE ENOUGH 5K you will be able to help millions of people by helping us continue to launch YOU ARE ENOUGH billboards throughout LA County. The YOU ARE ENOUGH campaign is all about sharing the love and support forward to others to let them know that they are not alone when they do not feel worthy or seen.  It's a simple campaign yet also one that is saving lives and helping people feel the support and less stigma around feeling depressed and scared about their mental wellness.
