What can you expect:
Santa will make a brief stop at your Middle TN home. The dates we have Santas available are Saturdays, December 6 and 13  and Sundays December 7 and 14.
Your family will be required to come outside to see Santa and receive a small gift from DSAMT. 
A phone number that receives text messages is required for visits.
You will receive an email from Tanya Chavez giving a day and window of time a few days before the visit as it is dependent on the number of family visits in your area and Santa's availability.  Our Santas are all volunteers therefore dates and times in each area are limited!! Unfortunately, you will not get the opportunity to choose the date or time Santa will be visiting your area.
Your family member with Down Syndrome (any age) and all the children (under 18) in the home will receive a gift only if they are registered with their date of birth, and you confirm the date and time emailed to you. Please ensure Tanya@somethingextra.org do not go to your SPAM folder to ensure your family member does not miss this opportunity.

**We can not guarantee all families that register for a home visit will receive a visit from Santa, but will do our best.**
