Skill Level: A fun class for beginners to quilting superstars
Requirements: No experience needed, and there is no need for a sewing machine for this class.
Tools & Supplies
• A sewing kit includes pins, scissors, a rotary cutter, a small cutting mat and a ruler
• Fabric scraps (20 - 1”x 10” fabric strips & 20 - ½” x 10” fabric strips). We recommend using 10 different fabrics, 2 strips of each size.
• 8” square of SF101 interfacing
• ¼” & ½” Bias tape makers (I like the set of 5 sizes, available at Quilting Bee Fabrics)
• Bodkin (Quilting Bee Fabrics has in stock)
• Stitch Witchery or double-sided fusible tape, like Heat n Bond (½” works best - available at Quilting Bee Fabrics)
