Free Movement Rituals - Patterns, dance & yoga w. Stis
Explore your body’s freedom to move. This workshop invites you to dive into space, form and breath trough free movement and set the intention for a new way to connect to your body. We move through patterns found in flow yoga, Gaga* and Contemporary dance - it’s for all levels, no need to be a ballerina!
Expect lots of laughter, body exploration and new ways of feeling into your body, your practise. In short: Start your year by taking your yoga practise outside the confinement of your mat’s four corners and go deep into the adventures of free movement.
This workshop is for all levels - non-yogis and non-dancers alike are welcome. You don’t need to bring a mat, but both warm and comfortable sports clothes as well as water is a good idea
