Join the Thrive Tribe for our very first Soul Steps & Sound Waves community gathering — a morning to move, connect, and ground deeply in nature’s energy.

We’ll meet at the beautiful Berrinba Wetlands, where we’ll take a mindful 3km stroll through the tranquil parklands. As we walk, we’ll tune into the rhythm of the earth, the gentle sounds around us, and each other’s company.

Our journey will finish with a soothing sound meditation, allowing the frequencies to flow through and restore balance to our bodies, minds, and spirits.
