The Weekly Unwind is your Tuesday-night antidote to stress, a mix of meditation, gentle breathwork, journaling, and the dreamy sound of crystal singing bowls. Each week has a different theme, but the vibe is always the same: slow down, let go, and recharge.
This isn’t just for women, yogis, or the super-zen crowd. It’s for anyone who could use an hour to breathe and reset. No pressure, no experience needed. Just come as you are and leave feeling calmer, lighter, and maybe even a little smug that you chose rest over Netflix.
