- **Event Description**: Stroll over or park nearby the Castle Green for the perfect start to a Sunday morning in the enclosed area of the Bowling Green. We will be safely surrounded by a hedge, yet outdoors in the fresh air and sunshine. If the weather is poor, no concern, we will head into the Club House. But let's imagine blue skies and gentle warmth for our morning practice. 

Gentle and energising sequences, positions, breathing, relaxation and a short meditation to finish. Steps and options for different people/abilities. Come along and try it. Go away feeling refreshed, fit and calm for the day. A great way to try out yoga with a view to starting an indoor weekly class. 

Liz has been teaching over 10 years, has worked with all ages and can give some individual attention within the group setting. She is also a yoga therapist and ayurvedic consultant, giving holistic health advice. 

Pay on the day or book in advance via the ticket link. £8.50 adults, £5.50 under 16s with a parent. 

Please arrive on time but not early and we will vacate the Green on time. Any discussion can take place after in the wider Green area.
