Using our senses to appreciate and notice our surroundings allows us to feel connected and present.In this session we will take time to explore Bartonsham Meadows nature reserve at our own pace and tune into nature through the senses. We'll be using words and drawings to think about our relationships with nature and what it means to us.Everyone is welcome to participate, however comfortable you are with the outdoors - we will not be getting dirty and you won't have to do things you are not comfortable with.Please bring a journal/notebook with you if you have one.
