Get ready for IRON HOURS, Our 2nd 12-hour team endurance challenge hosted by Apex Functional Fitness. This is a true test of grit, teamwork, and strategy — designed to push physical limits, sharpen mental resilience, and build unbreakable team cohesion.

🔥 THE CHALLENGE
• 12 continuous hours of competition
• Teams of 5 (3 male + 2 female)
• Only 15 teams, limited spots available

🏃 THE FORMAT
• At the start of every hour, at least two teammates must complete a 4 km run
• Remaining time is used to accumulate distance on the Rower

🎯 SCORING
• 5 km Run → 5 points per finisher
• Ski/Row → 1 point per 250 m per athlete

🧠 Strategy + Endurance = Victory
Rotate smart. Recover fast. Communicate constantly. The winning team will be the one that performs together under pressure.

💷 Entry Fee: £325.73p inc fees per team
