Following his appearances at previous events such as the 2024 HMBiz Expo, Stefan brings his wealth of experience and sharp insight to Herefordshire’s biggest business conference. With a career in sales that began in 1983 in a shoe shop in Oxford, Stefan has spent nearly four decades mastering the art of communication and connection. He is the author of the Amazon bestseller Business Networking for Dummies, along with Instant Networking and Win the Room.

He will be joined by Becky Wall BEM. A passionate businesswoman, toilet industry advocate, award-winner, speaker, charity trustee, and co-owner of both A Plush Flush and the Loo of the Year Awards, Becky brings expertise to the Line-Up.

Speakers also include Kirstie Kavanagh & Glenn White from City Folk Digital. Experts in digital skills and AI literacy, Kirstie and Glenn are known for their engaging, practical training style. They believe in making learning immediately relevant to your challenges, ensuring you gain the confidence and expertise to thrive. Their approach focuses on unlocking your potential, equipping you with essential knowledge that bridges skill gaps and fuels career success.

Alex is a purpose-driven leader, ultramarathon runner, and passionate advocate for men’s mental health. Through Andy’s Man Club and his personal mission, Project Possible, he’s combined grit, storytelling, and self-belief to raise awareness, open a new club in Hereford, and run three ultramarathons in three months raising nearly £7,000 in the process. From spreading awareness to 12-hour spinathons, Alex has put everything on the line, showing up when no one was watching. His mantra? “If you don’t back yourself, why should anyone else?” He’s proof that relentless belief, hard work, and heart can move mountains and minds.

Michelle is a Chartered Trade Mark Attorney with over 30 years experience in the IP industry.

Michelle’s talk will not just another talk about how to protect your business brand, but instead a light hearted story of how beer played an important part in modern brand protection, highlighting why this is important for your business. Plus a look at some examples of marketing and language departments not communicating and the resulting unintentional brand messaging.
