February Co-op: Showing Kindness to myself

We all have a cup that can sometimes be full and sometimes be empty. Let's share some time to pour words of encouragement into ourselves as we make Kindness Cards once again! As you prepare for this group learning session, think about something you would like to write down on a heart to encourage your future self. During Freeplay we'll gather and listen to a sweet story. Please feel free to dress comfortably and bring a stuffy or blanket to snuggle with. It's a good day for self-care!
