As we closed out 2025, our meeting schedule coincided with the holiday season—so we took a brief pause to prioritize time with family and friends, while also responsibly closing out the business year.

Start 1 Spark is a five-year local nonprofit serving Henrico and Chesterfield middle school students, ensuring that all students—regardless of financial circumstances—have access to after-school programs.
Through athletics, music, drama, art, and more, students build confidence and develop critical life skills such as teamwork, collaboration, and time management.
