This is your opportunity to learn the practical skills in plain English from a scientist with decades of experience.  In this class we will learn and practice several different techniques for bringing our awareness out of the thinking mind and into the present moment.   This class will include guided meditation sessions, a brief overview of techniques and best practices and the opportunity to ask questions and share our experience.  While meditators of all levels are welcome, we will focus on a simple introduction to using mindfulness to help alleviate stress and live a more intentional, heart-centered life.
