This seems to be the best option with all the work that went into the set up and closely follows expectations similar to an estate style sale. --------------- Below is the original event details --------------- Hello everyone, We will be hosting a special memorial sale from December 19th–21st [Extended to Dec 27th] in honor of the sudden passing of a member of the Smalls family. All proceeds from this sale will go directly to the parents. Video games and gaming culture were a lifelong passion of his. As a family member, I’ve offered space at Smalls, along with my experience pricing and selling collectibles, to help responsibly sell his collection so these items can continue to be enjoyed by fellow collectors, while providing meaningful support to his family. Location & Entry The sale will be held next door to the right of the Smalls entrance, in our front office space, which will be temporarily transformed for this event. Entry will be managed with a number system, available from the main store cashier starting at 11:00 AM each day. Due to space limitations and to protect the integrity of the collection, only 2–3 customers will be allowed inside at a time. Sales & Policies We are doing our best to test consoles and handhelds ahead of the sale. As the host location, Smalls will honor its standard 7-day return policy for defective items only. Otherwise, all fundraiser items are final sale and sold AS-IS. Checkout will take place inside Smalls as usual (cash or card, tax applies). Reward Cards may not be used on fundraiser items.
