Sound Journey in the EE System

Join us at Mindfully Well as Amy Duncan takes us through a transformative healing session in our EE System room. The Sound Meditation Journey is a deeply immersive, full-body listening experience. It will begin with each person lying in a lounge chair, relaxed and eyes closed. Then, you'll be guided through some gentle focus on your breathing and soothing words that will flow seamlessly into a journey of sounds, where healing vibrations, frequencies and sensations will hold you and weave their way over and through you.

A variety of instruments are used including crystal singing bowls, flow and Koshi chimes, an ocean drum, rainsticks, gongs, crystal pyramids and more. Different sounds and frequencies activate different parts of the body and brain to help recalibrate the nervous system into a state of balance and harmony. Your only job is to relax and receive.

The EE System Room is a technology that generates multiple bio-active life enhancing energy fields, including “scalar waves” which can allow cell regeneration, improve immune function, provide relief from pain, detoxify the body, elevate moods, and assist in balancing right and left hemispheres of the brain to increase energy levels. Amy Duncan is a Certified Sound Healing Facilitator, Reiki Master, Holistic Health Coach and founder of The Native Path.
