Cheryl Brickey will share a step-by-step process you can use to help determine which quilt design you should use on your quilts, whether you are quilting it yourself or sending it out to a quilting professional. This helps you decide between allover versus custom patterns, which designs to use, and even quilting density and thread color. She will show many of her quilts and discuss how she decided the quilting patterns for each.

Cheryl is a chemical engineer who loves designing quilts and quilt math. She is the author of Just One Charm Pack Quilts, Just Two Charm Pack Quilts, and Modern Plus Sign Quilts.

Cheryl has had her work published in major quilt magazines and won awards in international quilt shows. She created her company Meadow Mist Designs to bridge her technical background with a love of quilting to deliver classic and modern quilt patterns.

Cheryl lives in South Carolina with her husband, two school-age kids, and four cats.
