2025 Hendersonville Memory Gardens Candlelight

We began our tradition of hosting an annual Candlelight Service in 1989. This event is a beautiful tribute to those buried at our cemeteries. Our staff and volunteers place a candle luminary at each grave and invite family and friends to join us in lighting them. Families should plan to arrive at the cemetery between 3:00 and 3:30 p.m. The lighting of the candles will take place as we join in singing “Silent Night,” following a brief devotional. The breath-taking sight of thousands of glowing luminaries spread across the rolling hills is an experience to be long remembered. For the safety and well-being of our guests, other accommodations will be made in place of regularly served refreshments.
