We host a monthly Community Safe Space Workshop called Come As You Are (CAYA), where you can be yourself without judgment! Each month focuses on a different topic.

Join us at Ageless Performance Recovery and Wellness for a day of self-discovery and connection. This workshop is all about embracing who you are and feeling accepted just as you are. Come ready to share, listen, and grow in a supportive environment. Our goal is to continue to build a community where everyone can feel safe and valued.
