The Art of Allowing: Community Workshop (Come As You Are)

We host a monthly Community Safe Space Workshop called Come As You Are (CAYA), where you can be yourself without judgment!

Each month focuses on a different topic. This month we'll discuss the art of allowing! Surrendering control and trusting the process; nervous system regulation and emotional release.

Tools and rituals we'll go over:

Letting-Go Visualization • Mindful Journaling • Breathwork for Surrender

Join us at Ageless Performance Recovery and Wellness for a day of self-discovery and connection. This workshop is all about embracing who you are and feeling accepted just as you are. Come ready to share, listen, and grow in a supportive environment. Our goal is to continue to build a community where everyone can feel safe and valued.

Info: As we allow people time to show up, we invite you to grab some light snacks and a beverage. Mingle with others in this space, then make yourself comfy in our lounge :)
