Hark and welcome to all to the year of 2026 by the common reckonning of years! Our Barony of Caerthe is proudly holding the One Thousand and Twelfth Night celebration at the Waymire Dome on January 3rd.

In celebration of the new year, we are welcoming the new Baron and Baroness of Caerthe: Mistress Rivka Vladimirovna Rivkina and Master Tahir al-Razi!

Know that the industrious and most talented THL Maire Dooley hath toiled long in her kitchens, crafting a menu of wonders to grace One Thousand Nights & 12 Night. Let all who hunger for delights of the East and West alike rejoice, for the feast shall be served in three noble removes, each more tempting than the last.
First Remove
Zaytun Akhdar Marsus – A savory green olive spread
Hummus Kasa – Chickpeas blended smooth with herbs and tahini
Feta Cheese
Flat Bread
Rummaniyeh Mulukhiyyah – Meatballs bathed in rich pomegranate sauce
Marqah Nafi’ah li al-Sa’al – A hearty squash and lentil soup for fortification
Second Remove
Beef with Apricots and Almonds – Sweet and savory in noble harmony
Roasted Sumac Chicken – Tender fowl seasoned in the Persian manner
Ujjah min Ghayr Bayd – Crispy chickpea patties
Jazar – Carrots glazed lovingly in honey
Isfanakh Mutajjan – Spinach sautéed with garlic and coriander
Basmati Rice – Offered both plain and golden yellow
