Sunday Runday - Hempstead

Join **Inside Out Run Club**, powered by **Inside Out Impact Inc.**, for our weekly **Sunday Runday** at **Kennedy Memorial Park** in **Hempstead**.

This community run is open to **all fitness levels**. Whether you run, jog, or walk, you are welcome. Our goal is to move with intention, build consistency, and create community in a supportive environment.

Please arrive on time so we can start together. This is an outdoor event. Dress appropriately for the weather.
