We hope this message finds you in good health and high spirits. We wanted to update you on some important news regarding our 22nd Annual Shane Harris Memorial Scholarship Ride. Due to the unfortunate outbreak of EHV-1, we have had to reschedule our ride once again.
But don't worry, we have some exciting news! The new and final date for our event is now set for December 27, 2025. We are optimistic that by then, the virus will be contained, and we can all come together to enjoy the company of our animals, as well as our many trailriding friends and family.
However, if circumstances prevent us from having our horses or mules present, please rest assured that the event will still go on. We are committed to making this a memorable occasion no matter what. We will still be camping out on Friday and Saturday nights, and on Saturday, we will serve breakfast, lunch, and dinner. We have a fantastic lineup of activities planned, including games such as bingo, cards, corn hole, etc. We will also enjoy the camaraderie of all our friends, and there will be a trailer hayride.
To add to the fun, we will have both a live and silent auction, plus draw our raffle ticket items. Lastly, we will finish the night out with dancing to live music by the talented Liz Talley and Suthern Drawl!
We sincerely thank you for your understanding and continued support. We look forward to seeing you all there and making this event an unforgettable success.
