Join us for an immersive Charcuterie & Wine Pairing Class led by Chelsea Jackson-Melton. This hands-on experience is perfect for anyone who wants to master the art of creating beautiful, delicious charcuterie boards while learning the basics of food and wine pairing.

You’ll learn:

- How to build a well-balanced charcuterie board

- Tips for selecting meats, cheeses, and accompaniments

- Presentation and styling techniques

-How to pair each board element with curated wine flights

Parchment-lined personal boards will be provided, and each participant will receive a flight of Pineywood wines selected to complement their creations.
