More often than not, we tend to rush through life, never really pausing to consider what we want or where our journey is leading us. Why not begin 2026 by treating yourself to a half day retreat where you can reflect and consider what you would like to bring into your life over the coming year?

This vision board retreat day offers you a gentle pause; a day to come together in community and reflect on what really matters to you.

There will be opportunities for individual reflection as well time together to share and support one another.

This day of reflection offers you the opportunity to deeply connect with your true self and explore your innermost aspirations.

* Cacao ceremony: Cacao is rich in antioxidants and essential nutrients which can boost heart health, improve mood and cognitive function. It also helps us connect to our heart to deepen our connection and awareness on the day. Embrace the heart-opening qualities of mother cacao to tap into your intuition and uncover your genuine desires.

* Vision board: Understand the power of visually representing your dreams and take the time to gain clarity about your life's ambitions. Take time to create your own personal vision board using magazine collage. Feel free to bring any inspirational pictures you would like to include!

* Manifestation: Discover the secrets of manifesting your dreams and feel empowered to seize control of your life. Learn how to use your vision board daily to stay focused and bring your dreams into fruition.

* Sharing circle and intention setting: Conclude the day by participating in a circle of trust, sharing your thoughts and setting intentions for the future.

You are invited to bring your favourite dish (sweet or savoury) for a shared lunch. Hot drinks and snacks will be provided throughout the day.
