Fashion Drawing & Collection Concept Course
In this course you will be able to apply different drawing techniques to bring to life any design and also you will learn the
basics of the fashion collection concepts.

Introduction to collection concept.
Proportions of the fashion figures vs. normal figures.
Different movement directions of figures
Cloths rendering for different fabrics.
Multiple Shading techniques, and coloring techniques such as markers and watercolors
Technical and flat drawing.
Advanced drawing for fabrics including textures and prints.
Stylizing.
Creating a mini collection.

About the instructor:

Sherine Heshmat is the founder of Art Square Academy. She was the head of the fashion design department at the Fashion Design Center in Egypt, for 9 years. She was in charge of supervising the student’s graduation project for the Fashion Designing and Fashion Styling courses.
Sherine has participated in international exhibitions; such as "Salon De Pret-a-Porter" in Paris in Feb. 2010, where she was coordinating the FDC’s student participation in the exhibition. She also took part in the “Cairo Fashion Art Project in Import Shop Berlin/Germany” with her own collection.
Adding to her experience, Sherine has contributed to cultural heritage projects in order to transfer her theoretical and practical understanding of the field to the people in the remote areas of Egypt.

Duration: 30 hours

Once a week " Saturday " from 11-3 pm
