🌼 Día de Muertos Yoga Gathering🌼

The Day of the Dead is a beautiful pre-hispanic Mexican tradition - a time to honor our ancestors and celebrate the cycle of life and death with love not fear.

Join us at the studio for a special yoga class dedicated to remembrance gratitude and presence. Through breath and movement we'll reflect on how precious and short life truly is — and how every inhale is a chance to begin again.

Together we'll create a space of light connection and peace.🪷

After class we'll share tea and snacks and take a quiet moment to honor our loved ones. You're invited to bring a photo of someone who has passed (person or pet) to place on the altar.
