We’ll begin with a slow Yin Yoga practice, where you’ll melt into gentle poses while receiving Nurturing Touch — inspired by Thai Yoga Bodywork techniques. This type of somatic touch not only soothes your nervous system and helps release tension, opening space in the muscles and fascia, but also allows you to experience a deeper benefit from each asana, enhancing natural flow and release in your body to prepare you for even deeper work.

After the Yin Yoga session, you’ll be guided into a deeply soothing HypnoRelaxation journey. In this profound state of relaxation, you can release what no longer serves you - limiting patterns, old stories, stress, and tension - and prepare yourself to welcome fresh energy and new possibilities.

You will have an opportunity to connect with a deeper level of awareness, tapping into a source of clarity, renewal, and inner wisdom. Many describe it as a kind of relaxation they’ve never felt before, deeply restorative, nourishing, and expansive for body, mind, and soul.
