☕🫖 What to Expect?
Toivo Winter is an 8-session peer support group meeting Saturdays through the Finnish Ruska. This is a space to feel part of a supportive community, reflect on how everyday choices shape your wellbeing, learn tools for emotional balance and self-care, share your experiences and listen to others, engage in creative, fun and meaningful activities
The meetings includes activities inspired by key wellbeing areas: rest, emotional awareness, movement, creativity, and playfulness.

🗓 When and where are we meeting?
Starting: Saturday, October 10th, 2025 - Introductions, Activities Selection & a Cup of Tea
Meetings: Every Saturday of the month, with possibility of date agreement within participants & facilitators (except on halloween and holidays). Extra activities: Dates will be confirmed by facilitators.
Total: 8 sessions

📍 Where is the Location? Lapinlahden Lähde. Adress: Lapinlahdenpolku 8, 00180 Helsinki
Meeting Rooms: Valo-Tila (Main Building, 2nd Floor, past the cafeteria) and Täälipäty (Main building first door on the left).
