The 16th annual Scandinavian Shuffle Balboa exchange is about to begin.

Whether you are coming from far or close, we welcome you, dear traveller and friend. To meet others who arrived early and get all warmed up. Stretch your legs, have a drink, and let the up-beat tunes carry you into the sweet Balboa bubble.
