Arrive a bit early for the pre-run briefing. Bagdrop is courtesy of our neon-lit homebase, as is the first post-run pint. Extra points if you dress up for Halloween, too, (boo!).
 
For the run itself, it'll be the three classic pace groups: easy 5K, relaxed 8K, zoomy 11K. (The longer the run, the faster the pace).
