Here you can experience Sauna meditation, Traditional whisking (Vihtominen) and aromatherapy. Our Feel the Sun yoga session gets your body open and ready for the Dance to come. The day ends with uplifting music by Sauna Rave. Feel the rhythm by a fire to Free your soul and Release your energy.You can come alone, bring a partner, or gather a few friends.
